IncRev comprehensive compensation plan matches the best of the industry. In principle
IncRev hires and pays for the potential of the individual. We compensated almost all
our joining employees based on their expected performance in the role they were hired for.
Your past salary is only a guideline but not the basis for our compensation offers.
Besides salary and allowances IncRev compensation includes a performance based bonus
scheme which has become operational from our first year of operations.
Our second levels of management have been already offered ESOPs and a further
employee plan is being developed.
